I'm a fourth-year CS student focused on AI/ML. Most of what I know came from building things that had to actually work — cleaning messy datasets, debugging retrieval pipelines, and turning prototypes into systems I could ship.
My sweet spot sits between applied ML, data and backend engineering, with embeddings and pgvector on one side, FastAPI and Docker on the other. I care about systems that are grounded, measurable and dull to operate.
